The view of the river is breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. the traditional architecture of the hotel is charming, and the breakfast options in the nearby area are diverse and tasty. the location is close to many attractions and offers a great opportunity for a leisurely walk or bike ride. the peaceful air surrounding the hotel is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the festive season.
The furnishings are a bit outdated and in need of an upgrade. the lack of hair products in the room was a disappointment.

The view of the Mekong River was stunning, and being able to see Laos just across was a unique experience. The hotel had a wonderful authentic Chinese and Thai style that added to the overall ambiance. the location was perfect for a short holiday with family, with the option to go for a slow walk or jog along the river. The fresh air during both day and night made it a truly relaxing place to unwind. it was a great value for money and definitely worth the visit.
That the included breakfast was not served at the hotel itself, but at a cheap nearby option. It seemed that the hotel was priced higher than it deserved, considering the poor conditions.
